Regular Bingo

Decide what your guest will use to cover the squares.  Suggestions include:  pennies, candy, paper squares, etc...  They can even use a pen or pencil to "X" out the number.

After you have passed out the bingo cards, tell your guest that you are going to call out the numbers and they can put them anywhere they want to under the letter that you call out. (remind them no peeking or copying or you might end up with two winners at the same time!)  Normally the square in the middle is a FREE spot.

                                                                              "B" is 1-15

"I" is 16-30

"N" is 31-45

"G" is 46-60

"O" is 61-75

  After this has been completed, let them know what direction (vertical, horizonal, diagonal, etc) needs to be filled in order to win bingo.  Then, begin the game by calling out the numbers again and soon, someone will be yelling out, "BINGO!!!!" 

To Play with a blank card:

After you have passed out the bingo cards, tell your guest that you are going to call out 24 words and they can put each word/number in any blank spot on the card they choose. (remind them no peeking or copying or you might end up with two winners at the same time!)  Normally the square in the middle is a FREE spot.  After this has been completed, let them know what direction (vertical, horizonal, diagonal, etc) needs to be filled in order to win bingo.  Then, begin the game by calling out the words again and soon, someone will be yelling out, "BINGO!!!!"
